While it was warm browsing their AC-less warehouse in the late summer heat, the customer service there was great. And better yet, the price was fair. The sectional took about 2 months to be made and arrive in my living room from the time of purchase. Delivery is extra if you choose to use their 3rd party service. For another $85, I did accept their delivery option. Jerry Hunt, owner of 360 Solutions LLC, delivered my couch on time, with good communication, and without defects. I will use his delivery service again in the future. In conclusion, I'm very happy with my new couch and the service I received!”
