“My pixie cut was finally growing out and becoming unruly. This time, I went to Terri at First Impressions Salon, who gave me a whole new look. Goodbye curls! Hello sass. The salon is a cute little house sandwiched between a couple of strip malls (Banh Mi Barista and One Fine Day bridal). Hair services are downstairs. Esthetician services upstairs. I think Terri did a fabulous job. I told her I was giving her creative license to do whatever she wanted and I'm happy with the results. And it was such a luxurious experience. Terri totally pampered me with a scalp massage and some other nice little touches. Thanks so much, Terri! Oh...also...this is my natural hair color. I had no idea what it looked like since I'd been coloring it for so long before chemo made me bald. Now it's growing back and this is the color. In this photo, it looks like my hair is black and silver but my eyebrows are brown. I don't color either of them.”

“A stromboli sounded good. I walked in - the place looked and smelled awesome. It reminded me of Noble Romans way back in the 70s. While looking at the menu the lady suggested I try the Original Giant Sub. Being in an adventurous mood, I chose the sub. I then wavered between the 8" and 11". The price is 40% more for only another 3". I decided on one of each size. They were ready in about 15 minutes. We ran them home and began our dining experience. Pros: Good quality ingredients and great taste. Cons: pretty skimpy on the ingredients. We got an occasional bit of onion. The cheese was barely noticeable. Surely onions aren't that expensive. We WILL be back to try other menu items.”

“Even during this terrible time we are all going through right now Aspen Dental took care of me asap. I had a tooth that was infected and was giving me problems with swelling. I called them and they got me in the next day. They took the extra precautions with screening me and others. I got the antibiotics I needed and within 4 days I was back in to get it removed. Nothing but a great job. Plus I was in and out on both appointments within 20 min. I'll definitely go back.”
