We had a problem with the AC the day after we moved in and they were here within the hour and get it all taken care of. My fur baby is loving the onsite dog park as well! “I came to Subway today for a salad on my way home from work. I was in there on the 21st of January around 8:30 p.m. There were three tables inside, three people in line and one behind me. There was only one employee working. She was working the drive, the front and from what I could see was also going to be responsible for cleaning up the place and closing. Her name started with a D. This young woman kept her composure, never stressed, kept a good tempo and was on top of it. I also run a quick service restaurant here in Fort Wayne. I believe this person that was working deserves a big pat on the back, and some discretionary bonus. this is the work ethic that I look for in a good employee. Excellent customer service”

“With the current situation processes are a little different. Applied online for an apartment. Surprised to be assigned to one person who would handle the complete process. Our one contact was Taryn. She explained the process and the milestones to get to the "Move in" date. Taryn was very responsive to emails and phone calls. “Great ... no make that AWESOME ... Customer Service!!! Hubby's phone had charging port issues so had to upgrade to another phone. They opened 10 minutes early for us and had us taken care of in no time at all! Very knowledgeable of all the products. This will be our go to store even though there is another location closer to home. Parking is also not issue, unlike the one closer to home. We highly recommend this location!!! I would give this location 10 stars if I could!!!”
