“Since all afflictions seem to strike me on the weekends, I have visited this immediate care many times since it’s been opened! I cannot point to a time that I didn’t receive quick and compassionate care! Maybe once I had to wait a while in a room to be seen, but I’m fine with that and totally understand that someone else’s immediate need could be more pressing than mine. The staff from the front desk on is friendly, and non-judgemental. And they *listen* to you. While they obviously can’t be expected to know you as well as your primary care doctor, they do they do a great job at helping you get to feeling better *that same day*, and until you can get to your primary care Dr, so you *CAN* expect to be helped! If there were ONE thing I would want from an immediate care, it would be that, but in addition, this immediate care is close to home, gratefully off of a main road (for privacy), has a bright and clean office and waiting area, and a warm, down-to-earth staff.”
