  I truly cannot say than you enough to the Tom Wood Toyota team. Not only were they able to get me into a tough to find truck, but also helped with getting it into my desired budget. From my sales rep to the General manager, I was met with respect and thanked for my business, and that just doesn't happen often at most retailers. I highly recommend this location if you are considering a new Toyota! Thank you Tom Wood team!

  We have used Tom Wood Toyota for service for close to 10 years and we purchased a certified used vehicle from them this summer. Being an auto dealer, they are probably not the cheapest. I have occasionally had a service writer that either didn't instill confidence, or used what I saw as hard sell tactics. I don't tolerate either of those things well. All-in-all though, most of our experiences have been very good, and we will continue to use their service department as long as we feel valued and prices are not inflated above similar service departments.

  Justin was so good. I brought my car in for an oil change. And they were checking my window because I thought it was loose. There was a recall on my airbag. While I was drinking free coffee and enjoying the waiting room. They took care of everything exclamation. In addition to the great customer service They sent Me a $25 off coupon for Christmas so my oil change and everything was only like 50 bucks. I would never take my car anywhere else.

  Erika and J.R. are great at their job. My husband and I happily purchased a Toyota Highlander. It was a great experience from start to finish. We never felt pressured like you do at most dealerships and we never felt that we were wasting their time if we didn’t make a purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership.

  Kyle and the Toyota Service Team completed my scheduled maintenance as required. In addition, they identified an issue with back brakes an made a recommendation to replace. I was kept apprised and fully aware of details and costs along the way. All work was performed as described and timely.
