  I went to Verizon in Lakeville, MN today to look at possibly up grading my phone and was greeted by Liz as I walked in the store. I'm a non-techy type person so I had a lot of questions for Liz on the pros and cons of various phones that interested me. She was very knowledgeable and easily answered my all questions. I didn't pull the trigger and get a new phone but when I'm ready, I'll swing in and see Liz again.

  Val was awesome! Quick, professional, respectful and very efficient. He was able to keep moving while something was doing something else, looking at what next to do, what the next step was. In and out. I came in with a bricked phone, nothing that could be done, and left with a great new phone that was activated on the spot. Very happy, and appreciative.

  The gal that helped me was pleasant and very knowledgeable in the questions I had. She also pointed me to where a store would be able to take returns and trade ins along with online orders.

  I've gone in the store plenty of times, rather it's for a new case or check upgrade status, or whatever the case may be, I get 100% customer service, they are very friendly, it's nice to go in a store and if you don't know exactly what you want they are there to help.
  The store manager Damon is extremely friendly. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Thank you for your customer care!

  The macarons were delicious! Everything was reasonably priced and the coffee was well made. I love that they have dairy substitutes and a wide variety of sweets. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Love this place. Friendly staff, WAY better coffee than the big chains, easy in and out, plus they have some amazing desserts. Don't waste your time in a big line, go to Bites... where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came.

  Oh how do I love thee...let me count the ways...
  Great coffee served by a true Renaissance man. The rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable on coffee and always up for a good chat. Breakfast burritos are a great go to option when we are headed somewhere early in the morning on Saturdays. My wife and boys love their treats, especially the gluten free oatmeal bites.

  Fantastic place to grab desserts and a yummy coffee. I typically get a chai tea and it’s always delicious. Fantastic local shop

  Very cute and quiet. Service was nice and easy. The tea and cake bite I bought were both delicious. Not a lot of indoor seating if your planning with a bigger group for a meet up, definitely grab and go their drinks and food, but you may not be able to sit for a meeting.
