BAD BUSINESS BRO! ONLY TIME IN 50 YEARS I'VE THE INVOLVED BBB...
Keeping traditions of good business alive... Well that's the song and dance he started off with and had me hook line and sinker. He got 250$ from me and ran me around to sellersburgh and clarksville to other businesses to do the job I paid him to do, meanwhile if I called to speak with him he was never avail and had to deal with trying to convince his counter help spokesman Steve that as a customer I understand that other customers are hard to manage or get the concept of paying for repairs and cost of keeping the lights on. At one point I was even working on updating his t-shirt graphics to assist them in raising funds... Until I figured out that even though I worked with these guys for an equally convenient time to finish my brakes so I could leave for my upcoming honeymoon... He never intended to complete the job in the first place.
I was very pleased with the service that I received at Jack's. They quickly resolved my issue and got my car back to me the next day.
