I had to take my car in for a new set of tires and the wait on Saturday was too long, but the representative suggested I make an appointment to come in the following business day, so I did. They got me checked in and I was in and out within 40 minutes. To say I was impressed is an understatement. And such friendly staff that didn't try to pressure me into buying more than I needed, which was so appreciated.

I was waited on by Axel who was so extremely nice and helpful, even in the midst of a busy day at the store. A lady came in after me who was so ugly to him, and I watched him help her with kindness and patience. Not exactly the kind of experience I’d always expect at a tire shop, but this young man was a breath of fresh air. I don’t know him, but just thought he deserved a shout out. This store is regularly well run in general.

I have been taking my vehicles to Hokes for at least 10 years. They never try an break the bank on you. They are very busy so your probably not going to get same day service but what you will get is, Honest, top notch service. Love this place.

Great to work with. Other people say the lady up front is rude. They have obviously never worked with someone who shoots you straight. She does not beat around the bush but tells you like it is. Very honest and trustworthy people who do their very best for you. Have and will use them again.
