I have been taking my vehicles to Advanced Auto for about 10 years now and I love this company. They are personable, honest, professional, hilarious, courteous, experienced, and can explain things in a way that even I can understand.
Mike, Greg, and John are all experts in diagnosing a problem with a vehicle. In the process, sometimes they can also find other problems, or things that make sense to replace while a major part is already removed from the vehicle. Then you get a phone call explaining the situation and you get to make the decision to go ahead and fix it or not. They will only suggest things that will help you/save you money in the long run. They will NOT up sell you things you do not need and they will NOT just hang parts and hope it fixes the problem.
They do a great job of taking the headache out of your car problems. I trust them for all repairs on my personal vehicle as well as two commercial vehicles.
If you are a person who likes to shop around for the cheapest way to fix whatever problem you have at the moment this shop is probably not for you. I don't have to tell you, you get what you pay for. At Advanced Auto you get a quote up front (if you ask) and you pay for parts, and service, but you are also paying for peace of mind. Knowing that Mike, John, and Greg will get you back on the road quickly and most importantly you can depend on the work they perform.
