(July 18, 2018, 10:22 am)I bought 4 new tires for my truck. After a day or so I noticed the back end bounced up and down like wheel hop. So I took it back. They rebalanced them. Still the same. So they drove it and said the tires might be defective. They ordered "new 2 back tires and after a few days said they were in and they would exchange them. Now the front does exactly the same thing! Did they just swap the back to the front? And no new tires? It's horrible! Very dissatisfied!!
I would like to take the time to Thank Steve for going out of his way correcting my tire problem. It pretty much corrected the problem! I have counted on Essermans to do most of my Car/Truck repairs over the years. And will years to come! Thanks again! Cliff
