“This past summer I had an issue with a consignment shop near Yorktown closing their business without notifying their consigners, so I was unable to retrieve the items she was selling for me. I called Yorktown Police department; I don't remember the name of the officer I spoke with, but he told me he would look into the situation and call me back. He made some inquiries and was prompt in returning my call. The police department was not able to help me directly, but the officer was sympathetic. He advised me on possible action to take if I wanted to pursue it on my own. I appreciate that the officer was respectful, sympathetic, and returned my call so promptly, even though there was nothing the police department could do in this particular situation.”

“Great pricing for the amount of time my husband stayed there. We couldn't find a better rate and location! The staff is amazing, they are all so welcoming, helpful, professional and kind. I honestly cannot express how great they are. My husband was there for work for a month and he was very happy with the treatment and how close this property was to everything, so I speak from his experience and mine since I stayed there with him for a week. I met a lot of great people during my week there and that included the staff. We loved the fact that it is a pet friendly property and my pups were able to stay with us.”

“This was honestly the best urgent care experience I've ever had from reception to exit. The receptionist was incredibly understanding even though I did not yet have my insurance cards through my new employer, and she even was kind enough to look up my new information. The nurse and doctor that assisted me were both so kind and compassionate. I've had some past experiences where the physician had been condescending or seemed hurried, but the provider who saw me today spoke to me as an equal, demonstrated true empathy, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for today and would 100% come back again.”
