“Max went above and beyond to remove a bad diesel spill from the carpet of my SUV vehicle. He let me know from the beginning he might not be able to completely remove the smell as it had more then likely soaked through the padding beneath the carpet and onto the metal floor. I had tried Dawn dish soap, white vinegar & warm water & air drying, then using baking soda to absorb the diesel & brushing it out & adding new for over a week. When Max was finished the diesel smell was greatly lessened, but unfortunately still remained. When I contacted Max later if he thought we should we retry, he was honest & said he believed the carpet padding should come up, the metal wiped & cleaned and that a retry probably wouldn’t help as he’d used his strongest chemicals. I appreciated his honesty & asked him to pay him. Max said no, because he couldn’t remove the diesel smell & he didn’t feel right charging me. I let him know he did deserve to be paid for his time & use of his chemicals. I knew from the start it was a 50/50 chance. But bless his heart he wouldn’t take a dime of payment. The carpet where the spill was is very clean after all the baking soda I had dumped on it. It Looks great, just has a diesel smell. I would recommend Max & Sauber Detailing to anyone. This is a very honest & trustworthy young man. Max, again, thank you for your help & God bless you in your business.”
