Love this hospital! Vets were kind, thorough, and informative. We were given options and fabulous service. Would definitely go there again!
Dr. Martin and the surgery team were nothing short of amazing here! From thorough and frequent updates to compassion and patience with my big guy (and me as his worried dog mom), they were always kind and understanding. Having experienced nearly every animal hospital in Indy, I can assure you will feel like more than a number here and if there's a wait there's a reason (and it's worth it)!
We would like to thank the entire staff. They were very comforting to us,in making our decision with our sweet Pup,Chloe. Unfortunately we had to put her down. The doctor and techs were amazing,though the whole process. I would recommend them,with your fur babies. Especially in time of an emergency. Thank you so much,you are greatly appreciated.
Update: 12-18-18 THIS PLACE DESERVES 10 STARS. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and very caring. Thank you MedVet staff,for the beautiful card and Chloe footprints. Made our day.
everyone was so nice to us and our dog. they made me fell very comfortable leaving our dog with them overnight. I knew he would get lots of attention and love along with really great care. All of the doctors, nurses, and techs were amazing. They called exactly when they said they would every day with updates and when we called to ask questions everyone was very helpful. i would 10/10 reccommend this place to family members with emergencies
My visit there was on a Sunday morning around 11am. My wait was a little longer than I thought it would be. But I’m sure that is because the staff spends ample time with each patient. They explained to me the possible problems that my 4lb Toy Poodle was experiencing and gave me different treatment options. They were very caring. It’s now Tuesday and my dog is all better now. I would recommend this vet hospital 100%.
