They all seem to know everyone, residents and visitors alike, and address them by name in the common areas. Any concerns we have had are addressed promptly and effectively solved by the staff. The reason for the loss of one star is the food could be better—it’s not bad, but could definitely be better. At the meals, it would be nice to try to integrate new residents into the community more easily. Overall, The Stratford is a great place for my mother—she has been there a year and a half, and she really likes it.”
