It was not a huge deal, but felt pretty rude. I gave them a second chance two weeks later, and I am glad I did. Scott has fair prices for what I am after. He and his wife are super friendly. “For my pets, we need special food that is high in crude protein and low on fillers. Kroger, Meijer, and other general purpose stores don't carry the food, but this place does. Staff is always very courteous and downright cheerful to help if you have any questions, unlike some stores where you can tell employees' "is there anything I can help you with" is with bated breath that you answer "no". The stock is pretty run-of-the-mill for a pet store, but the employee attitudes are what really make this place remarkable.”
