Plus, if you're looking for a great value, there is an all-you-can-eat option. All they ask is that you don't over-order (there is a surcharge for doing so), so pace yourself and you'll be just fine. We think it is a great place for deep tissue and a great massage. Always take there time with us with a consistent even massage and if you need more on your back or neck just let them know.”

“I love going to this place. A friend recommended it to me and she's been going for awhile. I'm never disappointed when I leave. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes they are closed when the sign on the door says they should be open, but I'll wait anyway. I've only gotten my eyebrows done, but I would definitley like to try some of her other services.”

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, Missy and Bryan are the best coaches—understanding and empathetic, passionate and knowledgeable, down to earth and kind. I’ve never felt anything but good from them, they’re extremely supportive and knowledgeable! Aside from awesome hardcore workouts, one of the best things about this crossfit gym, is it’s family friendly—no profanity! That might not matter to many, but it’s huge for me. All the other members are all so friendly and supportive as well, I’ve felt so positive and uplifted since joining, so many inspiring people to work hard with. I LOVE getting a great workout, to great music, being cheered on by great coaches and other members, and walking away uplifted! I’ll never go to another gym!”
