Dr. Prather is very professional. He was very detailed in each eye exam, explaining what he was doing and why. He explained to me that Acuvue was actually only a 2 week contact lens, whereas other optometrists have told me it is a month lense. “Seriously- best gym I have had a membership to. Every time I am in Workout 24/7 there is a staff member present , acknowledges me and they are constantly working- cleaning cleaning cleaning and holding personal training sessions. So there is no doubt if I ever had a question or issue someone is there to help a member out. Did I mention this gym is super clean? I have witnessed each time I am in there- Staff are always vacuuming and wiping down machines. It is common courtesy as a member to wipe down machines after use but some people don't know that or simply forget, so working out here gives me a peace of mind about those "gym germs" It also helps when people don't wear their workout shoes outside and track dirt and mud into the gym and onto the machines. But the staff are ready for that and sweeping up.The manager here rocks- super friendly and always smiling. I can't imagine going anywhere else to workout. Thank you!”

Dr. Ling is continuously teaching and helping his students get better and enjoy the health (mind and body) and the martial side of this rich art. There are not many instructors that possess such a mastery and awareness of martial arts as Dr. Ling. There are so many aspects integrated into the program to help one grow in a healthy and strong manner. The people that attend the classes are wonderful and from various walks of life. Definitely a winner to be experienced and signup for the long term! My only regret is not signing up sooner!”
