“As I just completed a review for Dr. Klim, I felt it also worthwhile to review the staff, as well. -- Receptionists: The ABSOLUTE best I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing through six PM clinics in my experience. Never, and I mean never, have I had a receptionist be willing to drop what they are doing, to put you on hold, and go back and talk to the Dr. directly to inform him of the issue at hand; they have NEVER given me the 'that's not my job, you need to speak with X medical assistant. And while it's not fair to play favorites, Laura has been there since I started at the clinic a year and a half ago, and she is AMAZING!! -- Medical Assistants/Nurses: Also very friendly, helpful, willing to listen, etc. Communication could be a smidgen better, about the status of insurance auths, etc., but they are busy, and it certainly is not intentional; I don't mind asking the questions from time to time, especially if they are have a great attitude, which they do. -- Overall: I would highly recommend this clinic.”

“I saw Dr.Perni for neck pain. I was very nervous. He took a lot of time and explained my problem. I felt much better after talking with him. He said he could fix me, and he suggested surgery. I feel great now and am so thankful he gave me my life back. He also called after I got home from surgery to make sure I was doing well. I thought that was very nice. My mom in a different state was having a back problem as well. He asked about her as well and gave me some advice. It was so nice to have a surgeon who seemed to really care. I highly recommend him.”

“He took the time to listen. My first visit went really good. Hope the second one goes as well. I will update how it goes. Update on 9/14/2018. I know you have to wait 1 to 2 hours but he has been really helpful. He listens to you when your pain medication isn't really working and trys to help the best he can. The wait is what really sucks. He had to write my script out for 2 months because they are so busy. I understand a lot of people are now going through pain management because no regular doctor will prescribe it. I am pretty sure the government has to know when you make it harder to get help for pain. People will start trying different things to relieve their pain symptoms.”

Recently we had an issue with our sons glasses, Midwest Eye had a choice of keeping some money in their pockets or putting it back in ours.... long story short, they took good care of us, I was impressed with Sarah's customer service over the phone as well as their decision to help us out. There aren't many places left that take this stance on integrity and customer service. I highly recommend Midwest Eye!”
