“This was my first storage usage experience. Phil and Lorin were ultra-professional and friendly at “hello!” I rented two units. The facility was extremely clean. The added convenience of the loading bay, being able to drive in and be secure inside the building was the best benefit. I often went to storage late and at dark and always felt safe. When I needed packing supplies, I received a crash course about the boxes and packaging the best way. Unmatched customer service is what was provided. I knew I mattered to them. I could call when I had questions and Phil and Lorin were always available and very thorough. I closed my rentals recently. If I ever needed to go this route again, Extra Space on 118th is where I would go. I highly recommend them for the superior service, the amazing facility, and the reasonable price for the units.
