“Here's the thing - I'm glad we went. The place is old and dusty and a little just thrown together, but it's got that kitschy historic feel you sometimes just crave. It definitely needs some maintenance and cleaning. No doubt about it. But we had fun. Gary, the barber of many MANY years, is a great guy. He was great with the kids, and you could feel his excitement when he talked to them and showed them the different toys in the caboose. My husband and 4-year-old got simple haircuts that they were pleased with, and we got to see something different and experience someone's passionate excitement. I only took pictures of the front half so as to leave the rest a mystery for visitors to experience only. That's the excitement, isn't it?”
