I am normally a 'baby' about dental procedures, and being pain free when I am in the dental office is important to me. The folks in this dental practice take time to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Dr. Guba is a great all-around dentist but she also specializes in safely removing old mercury dental work. I highly recommend her.”

“I stumbled upon Reformation Electric through a mutual friend. Initially, I was just wanting a quote on electric work, but quickly found out how eager Thayne was to tackle additional projects for me. I was in the process of rehabbing a home in my neighborhood and was struggling to find trustworthy subs to complete the work. Thayne had the best price for putting the electricity in the house and I found him easy to talk to, so I hired him to install all the components for the electricity. I was exceedingly happy with the work he and his crew did and I was excited to talk to him about the additional projects I had going on in the house. He quickly became my framer, carpenter, siding guy, floor installer, and even helped contract out the best subs for the work he didn't do. Everyone who walked through the house during the renovation was very impressed with the work Reformation was doing, and I was ecstatic to have them working for me. One of the things I appreciate most about Thayne is his attitude and desire to always figure things out. He is confident that he will figure out the best way to do something, and if he doesn't know, he finds the right people to ask. He has shown this to me time and time again with various issues that have come up with certain projects. I have been extremely impressed and grateful that he tackles projects full-on instead of finding a way to get around it. I have also been amazed by his and the crew's timeliness. They come to work when they say they'll be there and they stay until the job is done. I have never had to worry whether or not the crew is there working. He and his guys have an excellent and admirable work ethic. I recommend Reformation to all my friends, family, and anyone who wants the job done right the first time. I plan to continue to use them for all the house projects that come my way.”

“Within just a few hours after leaving a negative review with a 1 star rating on 12/26/2018, I was contacted by Grant Smith, Director of Sales at Greg Smith Equipment Sales. He expressed sincere concern for the poor customer service I'd received regarding my purchase. He apologized for the lack of communication by his sales staff and made it clear to me that he was on my side. To make amends he stated that he would make a further adjustment to the sale price of the equipment I bought and that he would personally handle the remaining details of my purchase to insure that I was satisfied. True to his word, when I arrived to pick up my equipment, he personally expedited the loading process and all went smoothly. After such prompt attention to my concerns, I'd have to say that I would be happy to purchase from Greg Smith Equipment again. They made it right with me.”
