Caliber Collision

They were all very nice and friendly! I love that they text you updates and they respond back to your texts ! They fixed damage to my car from an accident and I can’t tell any difference in my car since getting it back! It takes longer than I expected but they were right on time with how long it would take! But that is the time we are living in! It takes a while to get parts and that is not their fault!

Minor collision to front end. They replaced all front end of car. Paint was a perfect match. Black cherry.

I had minor collision repairs. Customer service: 10/10; Speediness of repair: 8/10; Cleanliness of car when returned: 10/10; Keeping me informed: 10/10. I was pleased with Caliber except that they estimated 10 days, which I thought was a long time given that the repairs were minor. They were done in 10 days, though. I would recommend this caliber.

This was my first experience using Caliber. I had body work done did a great job and car looks like new. The staffs customer service was impeccable. Ms. Anne is great. Car was ready earlier than expected. I will use them again in the future.
