It was delivered by two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen, whom also hauled the old unit away at no charge. Upon hooking it up ourselves, we damaged a plastic piece of the hose connector and we were unable to hook it up. Called Big John's back, they wasted no time in coming back out, completely repaired the unit for us at NO CHARGE and hooked everything up properly. I'd give a 10 star review if I could. FANTASTIC BUSINESS ALL AROUND!”
