“I took my miniature dachshund in to see Dr. Duckett several days ago. The doctor met me with a glowing smile. He answered all of my questions very quick and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He was very professional and I felt he truly cared about the wellbeing of my dog. I wish all vets were as professional and caring as this doctor. I will be back to see him for sure and I’ve also made several attempts to reach him via Facebook messenger. Dr. Duckett, if you’re reading this, I would love to take you out for a cup of coffee or perhaps a nice fish dinner downtown ????????.”

“Such a great company! I'm so impressed with the customer service that I may not shop anywhere else for my appliances going forward. Bought a stackable washer/dryer unit at a fair price. It was delivered by two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen, whom also hauled the old unit away at no charge. Upon hooking it up ourselves, we damaged a plastic piece of the hose connector and we were unable to hook it up. Called Big John's back, they wasted no time in coming back out, completely repaired the unit for us at NO CHARGE and hooked everything up properly. I'd give a 10 star review if I could. FANTASTIC BUSINESS ALL AROUND!”

“The services here is always friendly. Everyone is polite and courteous. It's not always clean though. One time there was a spilled drink on the floor under our table when we sat down. Most recently, my wife found some fries and a couple of forks when she went to pick up something that feel on the floor.”

“Food was pretty good. My only complaint was in my party of 4 when the waitress showed up we explained how we wanted the check split up. She acknowledged this and asked for our order. When the first person in our group ordered his appetizer the waitress walked away. We were absolutely not done ordering yet and she did not clarify with us if that was all we wanted for appetizers. About 10 minutes later when she came back she was really confused when the rest of us started ordering the rest of our appetizers. This place is good but Thai Town on West Washington and High School is a lot better”
