“We had quit eating at the Franklin Arby's for many reasons. No ice, dirty floors, young kids working evenings puffing on Vape sticks and more. Took a chance and went, glad we did. They had new refreshment machine with ice, floor was clean, service was friendly. Hope the change continues.”

“I love this place! The food is great, I prefer the chicken. Of their sides the black beans with cheese is my favorite. The regular pinto and cheese always seems salty. The portions are generous unless you choose a smaller size and it's still a decent serving. Every person I've dealt with have been completely friendly. They are quick. The store is clean and they always have great music. Love the atmosphere. As I said the food is great, definitely better than Taco Bell but don't expect authentic Mexican food.”

“Ashley here is amazing! We stayed a long time chatting with friends and she brought out a free custard for our toddler and even let him pick out his own gummy worms. Then she gifted us a shirt for him. We don’t even know her - she just noticed a restless toddler and was so thoughtful and generous! This store is always clean and super speedy and the employees are SO helpful and kind. Plus the food is better than Steak n Shake!”
