(January 28, 2019, 1:46 pm)I had my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower at the Sassafras Tea Room. It was absolutely wonderful! They took care of everything. The room was cozy and not too big. It made the atmosphere very personal. I will certainly recommend this Tea Room to my friends. I'll even be back for lunch sometime. My only complaint is the cup of chicken velvet soup is too small. : )
(December 22, 2018, 3:42 pm)The service was excellent. Janet did a great job taking care of us. I had the crab quiche. It was excellently done. The scones were a bit spongy, but not bad. Just not dry and flaky like a typical scone. The salad was fresh. I highly recommend the cinnamon orange tea. The flavors are perfect while not being overpowering. Remember you're paying for the experience, not the portion size, when you go. Take a friend and make a really fun memory.
(November 4, 2018, 1:49 am)My friends and I greatly enjoyed our visit here. Prices are a bit higher than your average tea room. I enjoyed the chicken salad croissant and felt it was a generous serving. The atmosphere was relaxing. Multiple choices available in teas. A favorite of our entire group was the bread pudding...dont miss it no matter how full you are!
(October 9, 2018, 8:56 am)We love Sassafras and go there for every birthday! The food is amazing, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is so nice. Different than any other place I’ve been. And the mini cupcakes are to die for!! Beautiful and delicious!
(September 19, 2018, 8:29 am)This was a great, easy, fun spot for a bridal shower. Service was fast. Lunch, tea, and deserts would good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They left us little to do except enjoy!
