(September 7, 2018, 8:59 am)I'm not sure what everyone else is saying. We rented with these guys for a year, and although nobody's perfect we were okay with the service we received. With a little nudging, maintenance orders were always completed within 2-3 days at no charge to us. Yes, they can be a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but give them two or three back-to-back phone calls and they respond pretty quick.
Our kids thrashed the place, especially the walls and carpet, but we still got $300 back on our deposit (we didn't expect to get any back). Compared to some other landlords, these guys are just fine.
