“This is the second year in a row we've used Paintco and once again were highly impressed. Last year we had the exterior trim and screened in porch painted. This year we painted the entire interior of the house including our kitchen cabinets, backsplash, and staircase railings. Not only was the work done on schedule, but it was excellent quality, and made the inside of the house look and feel brand new and gave everything a fresh touch. We have had multiple people tell us that our house looks like it's out of a magazine. Nate's promptness to coming out to gather information for the estimate and turning around the estimate quickly (same day for us) was very much appreciated. Not only that, but in our experience, Nate gives you the BEST estimate the first time, and we've always walked away feeling that we were treated very fairly. We have been extremely happy with both crews (last year and this year), and would highly recommend anyone considering using Paintco, and without hesitation will use them again.”

“I'm not sure what everyone else is saying. We rented with these guys for a year, and although nobody's perfect we were okay with the service we received. With a little nudging, maintenance orders were always completed within 2-3 days at no charge to us. Yes, they can be a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but give them two or three back-to-back phone calls and they respond pretty quick. Our kids thrashed the place, especially the walls and carpet, but we still got $300 back on our deposit (we didn't expect to get any back). Compared to some other landlords, these guys are just fine.”
