“My boyfriend and I have lived her almost 2 years and we couldn’t be happier! From the very start, the whole staff has been amazing! They are always willing to help in any situation, and know me by name! The neighborhood is very well kept by the awesome maintenance staff! They are always outside picking up trash, salting in the winter time, and plowing our sidewalks when needed! The maintenance staff is always on top of every maintenance call I have had! The floor plans are amazing! We live in a 1 bedroom, upgraded apartment and just LOVE it! The location of Summit Pointe is perfect! Very close to the highway, which can be hard to come by sometimes! But, My favorite amenity is the dog park. My fur babies love it! Overall, HIGHLY recommend this complex! You will not be disappointed!”

I am definitely considering moving back when I move back to area in few months if I can’t find a small house to rent! And I will definitely have to at least pop in and say hello to the friendly staff!!! Thanks for such great experience and a nice quiet neighborhood/ apt complex.”
