Veterans Memorial Park

It's quiet, a bit out of the way. The play equipment is well maintained, as are the grounds. It is pretty small, and it would be really nice if instead of mulch they used the shredded rubber in the parks here but I understand cost is higher. All in all I would bring my son back.

It is a really nice park. We have used it many times for our annual picnic with no problems. This time, however, we had 2 things that were issues. They raised the price from $25 to $40 for residents - way too much for a one time increase and when we got there, both garbage receptacles by us we're overflowing. Really?

It's a cute little park with a huge open field that has soccer nets. A couple tables covered with shade. It's very low key so if you're looking for somewhere to have a quiet lunch this is a great place.

Nice park with soccer fields, and a small hill for sledding, and summer picnics.

Great place. Clean park and clean restrooms. Attended a party there at one of the party pavilions and it was nice.
