  We had a hard time finding anyone local to work on our old heating system but Michiana Mechanical came to the rescue! Bryn and Jake were our technicians-they showed up on time, worked hard to get the job done right, & let us know what was happening every step of the way. Very happy customers here!

  My parents' furnace needed a new battery on one of the coldest days. It sounds simple enough but it wasn't. After trying to help them over the phone, owner Tom ended up coming to their Long Beach house on a very busy day and helped them out immensely. Michiana Mechanical has above-and-beyond customer service, and we recommend them highly.

  Our furnace motor went out on a Sunday evening, during one of the most bitter cold evenings this winter, and we called Michiana Mechanical's 24/7 number. They arrived in about an hour - we were so grateful! Even though they did not have the correct part in their shop that evening, they managed to jump start our struggling motor so we could keep the house heated until they could pick up the correct motor first thing the next morning. We will use them for ALL furnace and AC work in the future -- they really care about making sure everything is done properly.

  We are in the process of building a new house and ran into a bit of a jam with our contractor and his sub. Everyone here at Michiana Mechanical has been so very helpful in helping us get our equipment installed for radiant floor heating. They were professional, efficient and incredibly honest and friendly. Our installation has gone so smoothly and I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate their help. I just stopped by the job site this morning, and everything was done according to plan, our extra materials were locked up and the empty boxes and left over trash was all cleared from the site. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of heating/cooling needs.

  Our AC quit 7/4, I called the 24 hour service line and a tech was at our home within the hour and resolved the issue quickly. We have used Michiana Mechanical for several years to service our home and rental property. The do a fantastic job; we find them to be vary honest, always on time and knowledgable. They always stand behind their work and product.
