Great place!!! They use shaggy bark hickory to smoke their meats....so good! Experienced and it tastes like it!!!

Absolutely love this place. It's a little out of the way but we'll worth the time. Every year a good friend of ours sends an Angus to them for us and every year we are overjoyed with the expertise of the cuts and the quality of the vacuum sealed portions. I have begun to ask Craig for some more obscure cuts and he has known exactly what to do. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a freezer full of great summer grilling.

Great customer service. First time visitor. I have had the bacon and was heading there to restock our freezer. I happened to have the smoked Turkey yesterday. Delishish! I ended up with my bacon, some smoked chicken and smoked baby back spareribs.

A great place to go. It's a little out of the way but we'll worth the trip. The shop is super clean and the people are fantastic. Great old fashioned locally sourced meats and home made smoked goods. This is my new go to shop for meats. They also smoke chickens and turkeys for holidays and gatherings.
