I have avoided upgrading my line for a while to avoid the hassle of shopping for a phone dealing with the whole headache of it all. But Alexis Shively made it a complete breeze! She listened to what I needed and wanted and not only found the perfect phone for me but the perfect plan as well. She didn't try to force me into anything I didn't want or need. She is amazing at what she does and I would definitely recommend her and this Verizon location to anyone looking for a great deal and impeccable service!

She was able to find that I was eligible for an upgrade, (my phone was 4years old).
