“Yesterday, July 27, 2016, I was driving from Lafayette to Cincinnati, Ohio when shortly after leaving Interest 865 on to Interstate 465 at about 10:00 am my rear tire blew-out while traveling at a high rate of speed. I was able to slow down and move to the shoulder of the highway. I called 911 for help. The responding State Trooper arrived, we talked asked what I wanted him to do since I had called AAA. I wanted him to keep us safe on the side of the road, that the high speed of traffic made me frightened. He moved his car to protect us and waited until AAA would arrive. When I received word from AAA that it would be another 55 minutes, he asked if I knew how to change a tire, I said yes but had not changed one in a man years. He then proceeded to change my tire which had been shredded, jacked up the car, put on my emergency tire and said to get it fixed as it was good for only 50 miles. I thanked him, got in to start the car and it needed a jump by this time. He again got out of his car and proceeded to start my car. Again I thanked him, he gave me directions to find service and followed me to the exit ramp. He saw that I was going to turn the wrong direction, put on his lights and indicated which way to turn. This young man was very courteous, he gave me his card but I lost it. It was a very nerve racking day for me and my passenger and we want him to know that he saved our day for us. “So far the best guitar shop I've been into, and I've been in Chicago Music Exchange, etc. Its humble, but it's got plenty of standard and more boutique gear, tons of pedals that are all hooked up in a loop and you can test them all with any guitar and amp, they will grab things out of the display case and hook them in for you to demo. EVERYTHING in the shop is available to test and they're super cool about it, there's a bowl of picks to use on a coffee table and a comfy couch to hang out and just jam. Love the dudes working the shop, they're super chill, they talk to you, don't pester you constantly, don't pressure you to buy stuff, all they seem to care about is that you find what you want, figure out what you like, enjoy your overall experience. I came in with my buddy who plays as well and we just jammed and demoed gear, one of the guys saw me playing some Pumpkins on an american strat and he found me a nice thick distortion and pedal and dialed in that same saturated fuzz tone, sounded awesome. Exactly my kind of music shop through and through, will definitely hit it back up from time to time. Not a single negative review for good reason.”
