Body in Harmony

I had gotten out of the routine of practicing yoga, but was so thrilled to learn Auriel was adding this to her repertoire of skills. I've been going since she opened her door. Auriel has been my massage therapist for a long time. She approaches yoga in the same manner she administers massage with personal attention to her client(s) and gentle guidance on correct form so I get the most from my session. I've already experienced the benefits of beginning routine yoga again and I look forward to making this a part of my "attention to self".

Auriel is amazingly intuitive. I've been using her for the past five months, either monthly or weekly depending on my needs, and I've seen a distinct difference in my yoga practice. I'm more open and relaxed during my practice, and my chronically sore upper back has gotten so much better. She uses both deep tissue and craniosacral techniques on me, and seems to know when to use which technique.

She is a caring, attentive, and gifted practitioner with healing hands. I've been to a few different massage therapists, and I can say with confidence that Auriel is the best.
