The best part of this buffet is it's size and options. This is a very large buffet with several sections. The salad bar is fresh But pretty standard for a Chinese buffet. They do include the cold baby squid and peel and eat shrimp. There is a Dim sum. Some exotic items. Some American items including prime rib and other meats which are carved to order. There are quite a few traditional Chinese dishes. And there is a huge sushi bar. The sushi is slightly above "grocery store sushi" quality. But the variety makes up for that. And if you want excellent sushi then go to a sushi bar. But if you want to eat well and leave satisfied then this is a good place.
Delicious seafood buffet with lots of food options and sushi. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been here and I've always enjoyed my meal here.
Wait staff is attentive and keeps our cups topped up with water or soda. Because the place is so popular, the various dishes have pretty quick turnover and don't sit at the serving table too long.
Overall a good deal. I'll be back again soon!
First visit was this evening as I was trying to locate somewhere close to I69 and Fishers, IN. I was very pleased with the service and the buffet was clean and controlled and delicious. I highly recommend taking The Journey!
*try the wide selection of sushi first and foremost. A quiet atmosphere for couples and family alike. A new favorite of mine.
This buffet a great place to go with a group of people who may or may not want to order food in English. There's something for everyone here. They do a good job of cooking red meats. Also, the chocolate fountain is always fun. My go to favorite is the clam chowder soup.
Journey is the finest general Chinese buffet with sushi I've found this far in Indiana. The sushi is surprisingly good and has real raw fish (not just California rolls. There is a Mongolian grill, should you choose to use it. In the center is a large salad bar, with a good variety. There are numerous other dishes and a very generous dessert selection. The only noticeable omission is lack of a soft serve ice cream machine. Aside from that, this place is phenomenal, if you enjoy Chinese buffets.
As far as service goes, I've always been pleased. The restrooms are upscale and very clean. Seating is always very plentiful. I very highly recommend this place, especially for the impressive value to lunch buffet offers.

Joseph Campbell's monomyth, or the hero's journey, is a basic pattern that its proponents argue is found in many narratives from around the world.
The Journey is fine if you're on that side of town and want your choice of a lot of food at a pretty low price. The fact that they actually have a wine list on the table just puts a cherry on top of the whole experience.
