(February 23, 2020, 1:55 pm)This place was really great. My son's car was totaled by another driver turning left in front of him and we didn't have much time to find a replacement. Auto Nerd provides Carfax history free of charge so we were able to find this 2010 Escape with EXCELLENT service history for under book value. I've never seen a 10 year old car this clean and virtually rust free. When we arrived, they put us in the vehicle and said there you go. No sales person went along so we were able to freely talk about the deal and the car. We returned to the lot and thoroughly inspected the car, even crawling underneath. It looked great. We decided it was a go.
Our Salesman, David Baumann, was knowledgeable, interested, and efficient. Dave was able to hold the car with a refundable deposit until we could get back up there to buy it the following week. We returned the following Thursday and it took less than an hour to complete the deal.
The only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that the multi-lot campus was swarming with people the first time we were there, jam packed with cars, so we had a hard time finding a place to park.
Over all, we are very pleased with our experience at Indy Auto Nerd and recommend it, especially if you are looking for a budget friendly option. I would also recommend David Baumann for sales. He is all you could ask for in a sales professional.
