The first time we ate here it was absolutely perfect: we were seated promptly, got our order taken quickly, (waiter helped us choose since this was our first visit), meals were brought in a timely manner, the steaks came out as ordered, our meal was delicious, the wait staff was personable, attentive (checked on us several times, refilled our drinks) & he even had a little humor which gave us a few laughs. We also enjoyed the environment. So we decided this would be a great place to bring a couple of family members to celebrate a birthday. SPOT ON!! Our evening was so perfect again! We received the same great service, (different waiter)and everyone was delighted with their meals. Ted's made our celebration night awesome! We have shared our opinions about this restaurant several times to others. And guess what we received as a Christmas gift? A Gift Certificate here! YAH!! We plan to use it next week. “The group working didn't seem too pleased we were there. The girl took us to a table that had not been wiped off and we asked to to wipe it off and she seemed annoyed that we asked. We dried the table off with paper towels so as not to annoy her any further. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Food was very good as usual. Love the pizza here which is what we ordered.”

“First watch continues to add new seasonal specials. Every few months, it seems like a whole new offering. Today, they expertly handled a group of 15 including toddlers. They worked the balance of getting food fast to the littles and allowing adults to catch up. We were neither rushed nor left waiting long for our food. Our server made splitting the check look effortless. Each dish looked as good as the next as they were brought out. Zero mistakes and tons of high points. Fresh food, real food fast service, great coffee and million dollar bacon!”

“It was 15:30hrs and I was on a mission from God to obtain the last loaf of sourdough bread. Only one little older woman in line ahead of me, struggling with the credit card reader while propounding the virtues of the cashier's highschool teachers. The cashier could not have been nicer! She acknowledged each of the woman's comments with a smile and the appropriate response even after explaining that she was graduating from University. She handled my request with equal efficiency, patience and courtesy even though I had forgotten my Panera card. In nearly record time I was back on the road with my prize secured.”

“Drive thru is the way to go for this location as it is much faster. Ordering inside usually takes awhile, especially during lunch time which is completely understandable. Food has always been good in my opinion, but sometimes the employees do questionable things. Scratching the head multiple time while taking orders, touching your face and mouth and handing out trays of food is a bit unsanitary. But all in all I've had mostly good experiences here”

The food is good, the screens are big and clear, sound is good. Again it is not the TOP in any category but near the top in all of them! I drive past 3 theaters to get here.
