  Mostly I am extremely pleased with the service that we have received. However the last time we were in on January 23 , The wrong wheel was put back on our bus after a wheel seal repair and I don’t believe the technician was very knowledgeable in assessing an oil leak that I reported. I found the same oil leak when I picked the bus up. This technician had noted that there was no oil leak found.

  I went into the Eastside location, greeted with smiles and instantly felt at ease. Ken listened to my issues and got me squared away. Ladies this is where you want to go. Most car repair places try to hustle the ladies, but these guys are honest. I now have a new car repair place!

  I’ve been doing business with these guys for 10+ years and I won’t go anywhere else. I always get treated right and they get me in & out as fast as they can.

  Had an essentially emergency need to replace a pot hole destroyed tire. It was an uncommon size “Run Flat” and I called SEVERAL places trying to find one. Best-One didn’t have the tire either, but Eric found one at another of their locations while I was on the phone and promised to have it for me within 2 hours. HE MADE GOOD ON IT AND SAVED MY BACON! They went to work on the change out as soon as I got there and did the job efficiently and professionally. I am very grateful and give Best-One my highest recommendation.

  Best One was recommended by my mechanic Brook's Automotive on the South side. They do business together and focus on honest professional work.
  
  When I came in as a new customer I had a leak in my valve stem. I was fully ready to pay and the manager didn't charge me for an hours labor. I want to recommend this store to clients for future business. They will be honest and fix what is needed and charge a fair hourly rate. We need to find more honest mechanics that we can trust as a community.
