“So far it’s only been today with my experience as in just obtaining a unit .. the process was fairly easy and hassle free … however I arrived and my gate code didn’t work but ELLIE at the front desk immediately fixed that issue in less than 2 min . Next issue was my unit had a extremely big hole in it to where I can see into the next unit and their items .. ELLIE immediately resolved it by transferring me to a new unit same size for my monthly amount and it was done with a smile . She was really nice , patient and a resolution specialist ! … My stars are for ELLIE mainly it’s been day one so I’ll re rate when I’m there longer”
