Most importantly, KJ knew her stuff and recognized the quality of my piece immediately, offering me 25% more than I had ever been offered anywhere else, even during the gold boom a few years ago. Everything felt very honest and above board. She took the time to carefully explain the loan terms to me, made sure I knew the interest cost, payment, due dates, and what to do if I needed more time.
