  As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name and felt right at home. I have a very extensive injury history as a result of playing collegiate basketball and volleyball, and Lantz took the time to discuss my goals and learn about my body's tendencies. Even after only one session, you can just tell that the staff genuinely care about you. I am stoked to continue personal training at F3 as well as check out some of the classes. I know I'm going to be challenged (and never bored with some of these workout moves). I'm brand new to Indy and love that I've already found a fitness facility that I can see myself at long term!

  Loved this high energy, fast paced workout. Great facility, great atmosphere, great instructors and great equipment. Love that you change what you are doing every few minutes.

  I've yet to take a class at F3 where I wasn't motivated to work to my highest ability level. After having a child, I'm loving Jamie Clark's Hustle, Muscle and Flow class. As I'm retraining my body to use the proper muscles, she has that right balance of pushing me to my limit while giving me alternatives when I'm not ready to do the current move. F3's class schedule also varies enough that I can always find a class time that works for me. Finally, their childcare is amazing.
