“I have been experiencing back pain for the past 6 years. It started when I was pregnant with my first child in 2010 and slowly got worse over the years. Then after I had my second child in 2013 the back spasms started. I put off seeing anyone for the issues because I didn't know who to go see and I was scared. A couple people recommended I see a chiropractor and I finally made an appointment after I started getting daily headaches from neck tension, daily back spasms, and so much inflammation in my lower back that it hurt to stand or sit. I saw Dr. Mary Jo Johnson for the first time 2 weeks ago and have since had 5 adjustments. I felt a little better after each adjustment and I am so happy today because I feel no pain! I haven't had a back spasm in 3 days now, and I previously had back spasms every single day since August 2013. “This swim school is fantastic. Our grandson takes lessons here and he loves it! He has become a waterbug!! The staff are incredibly sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and they are so patient with the kids. They even have holiday parties with open swimming, so at Halloween, we got to come and paint pumpkins with our grandson and have fun with him (and Mimi did not have to get in the pool!) We love that he is learning water safety and we can be a part of his experience.”
