This helped convince my husband that a different color was a better choice. The delievery guys were friendly and helpful. Overall this has been a great experience!

He listened to my explanation of what I was looking for and then showed me only items that might fit my needs. He did not try to just get a sale. Very appreciative and made me want to purchase from him

(December 30, 2018, 10:19 am)I had a decent experience in the store. I explored the pieces for several minutes before someone asked me if I was being helped. She began answering my questions about the pieces I was interested in. It was obvious she was hesitant and inexperienced but she did a pretty good job. She told me a few things I didn’t know about current technology and finishes. The store could use a little more customer service training. I was in the store for quite a while and had to ask for water. It was obvious since we were negotiating price that I was going to spend several thousand dollars. I never saw a manager which in my mind is sad. The store as a whole could do better, but in the end they had what I wanted and I was OK with the price. (Several weeks later)
My furniture has arrived! It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Color is perfect. Fabric ( I chose renew) is smooth and looks and feels wonderful.
Delivery was flawless Two men did a great job. They brought it in, set it up, cleaned up and were gone in no time.
I am completely satisfied and very happy I chose LazyBoy. -

(December 29, 2018, 8:08 pm)Passed down a La-Z-boy that is still working after 30+ years, but needed to finally upgrade. Went in, well greeted, given plenty of information about certain specifics that are particular to La-Z-boy. I was presented a few options for my taller stature, 6'4, given plenty of insight and helpful information on making my first purchase of my own La-Z-boy recliner. Mark was great and very helpful. If I'm in need of another piece of furniture, I would definitely come back or refer any friend or family member to come to this location.
