The tech was super friendly and did a great job! We were able to schedule only a week o out. Carpets look and feel great! A couple days after the cleaning I notice a spot Ona piece of furniture that was missed (I only saw it because I was on the floor). When they did the follow up call, I mentioned the spot. Tech came back next day to take care of it!! Only negative I would say is it's expensive, but I think you really get what you pay for with them.
