“The myofascial release techniques that are used in this practice have made a huge difference in my physical health. Hanna at Uplift is an expert in isolating and treating pain. In recent years, I had found a love for a kickboxing class and attended regularly. After a painful slip and fall, I was no longer able to participate in the class without major discomfort in my right hip. Even two years later, I was still in pain doing certain exercises in this class. One day last winter after I worked out, I experienced the hip twinge again. This time, I could not even walk without excruciating pain off and on for a week. Hanna at Uplift did a one- hour myofascial session on me to detect the issue and deal with it. The very next day I was up and moving with no pain at all. Once my hip issue was resolved, I was able to continue classes, and also begin running again! I actually trained and ran my first half marathon! After the marathon,runner's knee had set in, and it hurt horribly. I could hardly walk, and thought I would probably not run again any time soon. Runner's knee had set in and I was in pain during every run; even if I ran only 1/2 mile. Once again, Hanna treated me with myofacscial technique, and I was able to feel significant relief. With a little rest and stretching after, I am back to running in 5-7 mile increments with no pain whatsoever. If you have never tried this type of physical therapy, i highly recommend it. Hanna Simmons is a miracle worker!!!”

“The Roswell Goddard School is a great environment for my kids. The teachers are compassionate, loving and good educators. My kids are excited to go to class, have made new friends and come home with new talents often. My 3 year old has a passion for reading and the school is so supportive of this with lots of classroom reading but also an open library where kids can borrow and return books as often as they like. My 1 year old is excited to see his teachers and is very comfortable exploring the classroom and the playground with them. I also like our daily summaries and pictures of the kids at school.”

Jackie was great working with and prompt to respond to emails. Dr. Short was amazing and to the point. Ps- added photos right at 6 weeks out. I know it’s my “selfies” but I assume it would be nice to actually get an idea of the work haha!”
