“I have tried many dermatologists and Dr Spolyar is the best i ever had. She helped me find a solution for my Psoriasis. We tried several options and she never gave up on me. We finally found a biologic that worked and I have been clear for over six months. On my last visit I showed her a spot I had on my skin and she promptly cut it out and had it biopsied. Two weeks later I got a personal call from her and she told me if was stage one melanoma. She made me feel at ease and referred me to a surgeon to help take it out and make sure it did not spread. Her office is the most efficient one I have every seen. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable! I totally recommend them all!”

Julie helped me get set up and she was so awesome. She was so friendly, informative, and patient with me she made me feel totally at ease. The facility was so clean and nice, I was extremely impressed. So far I’ve been to 2 classes and I love this place. The instructors are so motivating and kind. Tristan is the head coach/owner and he KNOWS HIS STUFF. His programming is challenging, but can be scaled to meet any fitness level. Beyond having all new equipment, killer programming, and plenty of floor space, what sets this gym apart is the community. Small things like having a question of the day and big things like community service, core values, and people loving people is why I would give this gym all of my money if I lived in Indy. If you live nearby and are looking for a gym home, GO HERE. If you are in town for a work trip and want a great workout, GO HERE.
