Two weeks later I got a personal call from her and she told me if was stage one melanoma. She made me feel at ease and referred me to a surgeon to help take it out and make sure it did not spread. In conjunction with Armstrong Relocation Services, our belongings were stored with great care at Planes Moving and Storage. On move-in day the crew showed up on time with smiles on their faces. They were professional and moved our items as if they were moving their own belongings. The efficiency at which the crew worked was commendable and truly something to admire and praise. The even assembled our furniture correctly with little to no instruction. Moving can be stressful, frustrating and at times down right infuriating. Moving during a pandemic just adds on to those layers. We are grateful for this experience as we felt as little stress as possible, we were taken care of from start to finish, and throughout it all met some amazing people. What made us go with ServiceMaster was the project manager's willingness to reduce the price based upon work we completed ourselves. Of the other three companies we had contacted, two wouldn't even respond to me after I told them that I would do some of the work on my own; one company flat-out refused to negotiate. We took on a lot of the work on our own, but it saved us quite a bit of money and was greatly appreciated, especially considering who stressful this entire situation has been. The crew which did the actual work did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation at all referring someone to ServiceMaster for this type of service.”

Called them and they helped me every step of the way walking me around the facilty and were extra thorough and sweet with my confused brain. Hahaha! The facility is so clean and nice and SUPER secure. Multiple coded entrees if needed and they have their own lock system that is extra secure. The inside is a bit like a maze it's so big and doesn't have signs to tell you numbered sections easier than just following the numbers down the hall just yet, but they said they are working on it :) Overall I love it!”
