I tried calling all the Party Supply stores first to only find out they DONT carry them because they are considered a “firework “ so party supply stores can’t sell them! I thought I’d have to cancel an order online until I came across Phantom. They are open 8 months out of the year!! The worker was very helpful and answered all my questions & beyond!! After I dropped off the piece, I got a call saying that they were going to start work on it within the next hour. At 2:20pm, I got another call stating that it was my job was done and ready for pick-up. Talk about customer service!!!! Sending all of my future embroidery work to these folks... Each and every one was as nice as could be from start to finish!”
