“After moving to a new house that had a home warranty, our refrigerator conked out. We had to work through the warranty company and Duvall’s was assigned to repair it. Karl and Britney could not have been nicer or more helpful. They promptly ordered the parts needed. After those were installed, the fridge still was not working and they had to order a new replacement compressor. This was a rather lengthy process due to the warranty company being slow to approve the order. That was not the fault of Duvall’s, however. Darlene in the office was also very helpful and assisted us throughout the process. We were very pleased with Duvalls’ service and the level of urgency they demonstrated to get our refrigerator fixed. (The warranty company not so much.)”

They have excellent customer service and their installers make the purchase and delivery easy. Other hot tub places said they would leave the hot tub at the curb, but with Recreation Unlimited they got it delivered to my back yard patio, filled it up and showed me how to use the chemicals. If I have any follow up questions they have helped.”
